This Terms of Payment ('ToP') document is an extension of our Terms of Use and serves as a legally binding agreement between you ('Company,' 'You,' or 'Your') if you operate or reside within Singapore, and Supercharge Network PTE LTD ('Decharge.network,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). These terms govern all payments related to the services, products, or associated documentation (collectively the 'Service') offered by Supercharge Network PTE LTD or its third-party suppliers or licensors. Please review these Terms of Payment carefully. By using our digital platforms to purchase our Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use our platforms.

All payments must be made in accordance with the rates and methods specified on our platform. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Access to services will be granted upon successful payment confirmation. Any interruption in service due to payment issues will be handled according to our service policies.

We reserve the right to amend, delete, modify, or supplement any part of these ToP in line with applicable laws. We will endeavor to provide seven days' notice of such changes.
