END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Application" means the DeCharge AI Scout mobile and web application, including all updates, upgrades, and related documentation provided by the Licensor.
• "Licensor" means Supercharge Network Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore.
• "User", "You", or "Your" means any individual who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Application.
• "Device" means any smartphone, tablet, computer, or other electronic device through which You access the Application.
• "Scout Data" means charging station location data, availability status, network intelligence reports, and any other infrastructure data submitted by You through the Application.
• "Rewards" means any tokens, points, credits, or digital assets earned through Your use of the Application's scouting and mapping features.
• "Network" means the DeCharge decentralised physical infrastructure network to which Scout Data is contributed.

Subject to Your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Download and install the Application on Devices owned or controlled by You;
• Access and use the Application for its intended scouting, mapping, and intelligence-reporting purposes; and
• Participate in the Network's reward programme subject to current reward terms.

This licence does not include any right to: sublicense, resell, or distribute the Application; modify, adapt, or create derivative works; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Application; or use the Application for commercial data harvesting or competitive intelligence purposes without the Licensor's prior written consent.

The Application and all Content — including software code, AI agent logic, map layers, data structures, scoring algorithms, and the DeCharge AI Scout brand — are the exclusive property of Supercharge Network Pte Ltd or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

Scout Data You submit becomes part of the Network's aggregated intelligence layer. You grant the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and incorporate Your Scout Data into the Network. You retain no proprietary claim over Scout Data once submitted.

The Application includes AI-powered scouting agents and autonomous intelligence features. You acknowledge that:

• AI agent outputs are generated algorithmically and may not be accurate or complete;
• Automated submissions made by agents operating under Your wallet or account are Your responsibility;
• The Licensor may modify, retrain, or discontinue AI agent functionality at any time; and
• You must not manipulate, spoof, or artificially inflate Scout Data submissions to game reward mechanisms.

Any attempt to deceive the Network's validation systems will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of accrued Rewards.

You agree that You will not:

• Submit false, fabricated, or misleading Scout Data;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or spoofed GPS to simulate scouting activity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Application, its servers, or the Network;
• Circumvent leaderboard rankings, reward calculations, or validation mechanisms;
• Use the Application in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair its functionality;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Application without prior written consent; or
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

The Application requires access to Your Device's location to function. By granting location permissions, You consent to:

• Real-time and background location data collection during active scouting sessions;
• Use of location data to generate charging infrastructure intelligence for the Network;
• Aggregation of Your location data with other users' data to build network-wide intelligence; and
• Processing of location data in accordance with the Licensor's Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw location permissions at any time through Your Device settings, however this will prevent the Application from functioning as intended.

Where the Application connects to blockchain networks or digital reward systems:

• Rewards are subject to the Licensor's current reward policy, which may be updated at any time;
• The Licensor makes no guarantee as to the monetary value of any Rewards;
• You are solely responsible for the security of any wallet You connect to the Application;
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible — the Licensor accepts no liability for losses from wallet compromise, user error, or network conditions;
• Rewards may be withheld or clawed back where Scout Data is found to be fraudulent or manipulated; and
• Participation in on-chain reward programmes may have tax implications in Your jurisdiction — You are solely responsible for any such obligations.

Your use of the Application is subject to the Licensor's Privacy Policy, available at decharge.network/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By using the Application, You consent to the collection, processing, and use of Your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data to servers located in Singapore and other jurisdictions.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
• Warranties that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
• Warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of Scout Data or AI agent outputs; or
• Warranties that Rewards will be available, deliverable, or of any particular value.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REWARDS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Application;
• Loss of digital assets or Rewards due to wallet compromise or network issues;
• Inaccuracies in AI agent outputs or Scout Data;
• Unauthorised access to Your account or data; or
• Any other matter relating to the Application.

The Licensor's total aggregate liability to You shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by You to the Licensor in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) SGD 100.

The Licensor reserves the right to:

• Update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time without notice;
• Amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version within the Application or on its website; and
• Terminate Your licence immediately if You breach any term of this Agreement, with forfeiture of any accrued Rewards.

Continued use of the Application after any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language shall be English.
