DeCharge AI Scout and all associated software, content, and materials are the intellectual property of Supercharge Network Pte Ltd and are protected by copyright laws of the Republic of Singapore, international copyright treaties, and applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

The following are owned exclusively by Supercharge Network Pte Ltd:

• The DeCharge AI Scout application, including all source code, compiled code, object code, and executable files;
• All user interface designs, screen layouts, visual elements, icons, and graphics;
• The DeCharge Scout AI agent logic, algorithms, and intelligence-scoring systems;
• The H3-based geospatial indexing system and Charging Desert detection methodology;
• All proprietary data structures, APIs, and network intelligence frameworks;
• The DeCharge and DeCharge AI Scout brand names, logos, and trademarks; and
• All documentation, help content, and marketing materials associated with the Application.

The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of Supercharge Network Pte Ltd:

• DeCharge™
• DeCharge AI Scout™
• The DeCharge lightning bolt logo and all associated brand marks

Unauthorised use of any DeCharge trademark — including in domain names, app names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

DeCharge AI Scout incorporates certain open-source and third-party components. These components are used in compliance with their respective licences, which are listed below or available upon request:

Inclusion of third-party components does not transfer any ownership rights in those components to users of the Application.

You are permitted to:

• Use the Application for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the End User License Agreement;
• Take screenshots of the Application for personal reference; and
• Share Application-generated content (such as Scout reports or leaderboard rankings) on personal social media, provided appropriate attribution to DeCharge AI Scout is included.

Without the prior written consent of Supercharge Network Pte Ltd, You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Application or its content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice within the Application;
• Use the Application's design, functionality, or algorithms to build a competing product or service;
• Incorporate any part of the Application into another product without a valid licence agreement; or
• Use DeCharge AI Scout branding, screenshots, or content in commercial materials without written authorisation.

Scout Data submitted through the Application — including charging station locations, availability reports, network intelligence scans, and AI agent outputs — becomes part of the DeCharge Network's aggregated intelligence layer upon submission.

By submitting Scout Data, You grant Supercharge Network Pte Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such data as part of the Network. You represent that You have the right to submit all data You contribute and that such data does not infringe any third-party rights.

Supercharge Network Pte Ltd owns all derived intelligence, processed datasets, and aggregated outputs generated from Scout Data.

Supercharge Network Pte Ltd takes copyright infringement seriously. If You believe that any content within the Application infringes Your copyright, please notify us at:

Your notice should include:

• Your full name and contact details;
• Identification of the copyrighted work You claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the material within the Application that You claim is infringing;
• A statement that You have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that You are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

We will investigate all valid notices and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Supercharge Network Pte Ltd actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any protected material may result in:

• Civil proceedings for copyright infringement and damages;
• Injunctive relief to prevent further infringement;
• Criminal prosecution where applicable under Singapore law; and
• Termination of access to the Application and forfeiture of any accrued rewards.
